Rates
Rates:
R3,000 per night for a maximum of 6 guests.
R1,000 mandatory cleaning fee will be charged per stay. Additional cleaning can be requested for an additional fee. For longer bookings - Housekeeping will change all bedding and towels over after 7 days.
A 50% deposit will be requested upon booking and the final payment will be due on the day of checkin.
Cancellations:
100% will be refunded if more than one months notice is given before checkin.
50% will be refunded if more than one week notice is given before checkin.
0% will be refunded if less than one weeks notice is given before checkin.

No smoking in the house
No commercial photography or videography to take place
No events/parties
Children to be supervised at all times, the pool is open and guests use it at their own risk.
Please note, tiles can be slippery when wet, please avoid running.
Please make sure the house is always locked up and the alarm is turned on.
